Video Case Study: eSourcing Capability Model

Learn how TPI clients have used the eSourcing Capability Model, a best practice model for successful sourcing relationships, to improve management of their sourcing engagements. In this video from a recent ITSqc-sponsored press conference, Shawn McCray, a Partner at TPI, describes three cases where eSCM models provided tangible benefits to clients of TPI.

TPI, as a member of its ITSqc Research Consortium, collaborates with ITSqc and co-authored the eSCM-CL.

The ITSqc was created at Carnegie Mellon University in 2000 to develop and support adoption of "best practices" capability models and qualification methods to improve sourcing relationships in the Internet-enabled economy.

The eSourcing Capability Model for Service Providers (eSCM-SP) v2 was released in 2004. and the eSourcing Capability Model for Client Organizations (eSCM-CL) was released in 2006.
