  • Financial Modeling & Analysis — From your financial data, TPI builds a financial model that baselines your current spending and consumption of required services (resource units). This model, then, is used to solicit service provider pricing and allows you to make valid “apples-to-apples” comparisons among competing service providers.
  • Competitive Cost Analysis — We summarize current costs by mapping them to market service bundles, normalize your true internal service costs, and then perform a “mark-to-market” analysis your internal costs versus market cost for the same services.
  • Requirements Development — We assist you in documenting your project scope, work requirements, service level requirements and current cost structure using customized templates that service providers can readily interpret.
  • Transaction Management — We help you plan and manage the phases of the sourcing engagement from requirements definition and service provider selection through due diligence, negotiations, contract signing, transition and implementation.
  • Implementing Internal Improvements to Achieve Best Practices — TPI’s proprietary tools for assessing and driving best practices include best practices analyses and comparisons; market pricing and sourcing value estimates; performance improvement estimates and alternative channel exploration and analyses.
  • Service Provider Qualification & Selection — From our service provider profile database, we help you identify and qualify potential CRM service providers that have service capabilities to address your requirements. Then, we take you through a structured process that you can customize to evaluate and select the finalist(s) based on their proposal responses.

  • Transition Planning — We help to ensure a successful transition by requiring a detailed transition plan from service providers.
